The Arc Otsego provides supports and services to over 500 individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities and their families throughout Otsego County.  We know that individuals with developmental disabilities can face significant barriers to living life to its fullest.  The Helping Hands Fund is a "hand up" to meet life's challenges and seize life's opportunities with dignity.
